Financing -

For the occasions where your sellers who need a Furnace or Air Conditioning replaced/installed we have 12 months same as cash financing for your clients who qualify. This will help them get to closing without paying out pocket until the house sells. I think this is a better option for the customer and contractor than waiting until closing for payment. If the deal falls before closing it can put a burden on the seller to pay the contractor where the financing gives the customer a whole year to close the house before they have to pay.
